Fertility
As Naturopathic Doctors, we take the pressure off the couple by switching the emphasis from “getting pregnant” to getting healthy.
One of our most rewarding jobs is supporting couples in their journey to create new life. Our fertility support is not only focused around the health of mom, but also dad and your relationship. Your program will be tailored to your individual needs – since everyone’s body is different.

Tests
We start with a thorough Naturopathic medical assessment where we gather as much information as we can to find out what factors could be impeding your fertility. We then address the health factors that can be modified to make the healthiest baby possible. Those factors could include:
- Diet + Lifestyle Review and Modification
- Charting Cycles + Assessing for Ovulation
- Basic Labwork (Bloodwork + Urinalysis)
- Female Hormone Panel
- Thyroid and Adrenal Function Tests
- Iron and Vitamin B12 Testing
- Toxic Exposure and Heavy Metal Assessment
Support
Once we have gathered the information and have a clear picture of what’s going on, we can start addressing the underlying causes. A program unique to you will be discussed during your consultation.

Support
Naturopathic supportive treatment for men focuses on detoxification, diet, lifestyle, oxidative stress and hormones.
Once we have gathered information from testing and have a clear picture of what’s going on, we can start treating the underlying causes.
A minimum of three months is an ideal treatment window for men. It takes 3 months to produce viable and mature sperm, so the goal is to have your healthiest 3 months and make the best possible sperm.
